I once had a dog named Useless. But Unused??!! Maybe that's why the dog looks more like Ruth than the guy, whoever he might be.

I sent a question to the seller, "Babe Ruth? Really??" and received the following response just a few minutes ago:
"Maybe a brother. I have not found any other pictures to confirm the exact home, dog, or ring on finger and have closed listing."

He has great feedback, but doesn't appear to sell any sports stuff - mostly jewelry and antiques. He should have done his homework, but it does look like an honest mistake to me. At least he pulled this listing.

Could he be a crook disguised as a moron? No probably a very honest mistake. Maybe he has a real job and a real life and doesn't stare at baseball cards all day.

I'm sure once he can identify the person who painted the porch railings, or if the dog is spayed or neutered will he then be able to positively identify the man in the picture.
