Not saying anything good about the crook but did you catch this quote from one of his victims: "I put our retirement money into posters because it seemed safe."
Really? How f'in stupid do you have to be and still be breathing?

Maybe they put there money inside the rolled up posters,and thought that would be a safe place to keep it.
