PLANK!!!

This scarcer-backed version of the sought-after card (with a "Sweet Caporal - 350 subjects" advertisement adorning the reverse instead of the more routine "150" variety)??

"Coupled with the fact that the T206 "Monster" set of cigarette cards is one of the most desirable arrays in the hobby, the scarcity of Plank only adds to collectors' frustration."

If they added "exorbitant price tag" to the list of collectors' frustrations, would they then have to start that sentence with "Tripled" ?!?

Nice card, but overgraded IMO. There is a crease that starts at the top border and goes down to the top of Plank's head. You can see it from the back as well. Probably should have been a 3. The difference in 1 grade on a card like this is thousands of dollars!!!

A young lad that I've been acquinted with through some deals, He's in his teen's, purchased a PSA 6 (somewhere around 2002, if my memory serves me correct) for $6,000!

At the time I just thought, "It's nice to have money in a hobby like ours".

Today... "Great Deal!" ~ Jeremy Lin'ish Type Money...
