"Rare" is an extremely relative term in this hobby, but how tough are the 1937 (/1938) Zeenuts? I havent been in this hobby as long as a lot of folks here and I miss checking in on some of the "big auctions" simply because I dont always have the $$$ to even bother looking, but I dont know that Ive ever seen a single 1937 Zeenut. Of course, I forget an awful lot. But then, I know Ive seen an awful lot of the earlier issues. Anyone have an example to share? Thanks for any insights.

Don't know much about Zeenuts but here's one...

I believe the 1937/38 Zeenuts are the toughest of the Zeenut cards that were issued post-1918. My experience is that they are found in higher overall condition than their fellow 1930 era Zeenuts, partly because the 1938 Zeenuts were not issued with coupons at the bottom. If I remember correctly (from a knowledgeable source) there are no known complete sets of 1937/38's.
