I received a card on the 13 sent into BGS and they said It was restored. Its a modern Card that I bought raw. I asked for a refund tonight. Any advice needed.
As long as there was no mention of an alteration, or restoration, when you bought the card....and it has been within a reasonable time frame (for cards from me, I am very lenient on time frames but everyone is different) then asking politely for a refund is fine. No real advice other than that. Good luck, we have all been there.
