I have a Willard Brown autograph on an album page that came from the Wayne Stivers collection I am going to sell. Can anyone recommend a good auction house to contact?
Not to suggest or imply there aren't other good places, but Huggins and Scott is reputable and respected, sells a lot of autographs, gets decent prices and has frequent auctions.

Ok. I'll check into them. Thanks.

REA is who I would consign to. While I'm here, does anyone know if Huggins and Scott shills their items?
Hey Rats
Hope all is well for you and hope you are enjoying the forum. Any of our 20+ advertisers could do a good job for you. Huggins and Scott is a very well run auction house, as DRC said. Good luck in the quest!!!
With Negro League items, I'd also consider Hake's Americana right now; they've been getting some incredible prices lately on NL items and I'd imagine most significant NL collectors have their attention there already.

I think the best two auction houses are REA and Legendary.

I have been very happy with H&S and Baggers...Probably not a good fit for Baggers, though.

A single Willard Brown autograph (while a nice item) is probably not going to be REA level but any of the others would probably love to have it.
