A strange card!

I found a very different card today. it's a card of mike Kelly of the Atlanta Braves and appears to be from 1994 and made by Lykes.
It's just a unique regional card and it's yours for 3.00 postpaid!

It's from the 1994 Lykes Braves Perforated set, it was originally given out at at a Braves game, and came in a folded perforated sheet with a team photo. The backs look like this:
