Wouldn't there have to be sales for an item to be "hot"? 1971 cloths - Do you know something I don't?

1951 Bowman. I think that's the direction I'd like to take my collecting.

i have decided to tackle the 1961 set after picking up a large lot...i am looking forward to / dreading the high numbers.

only wishful thinking on my part....

I did just buy several of the 55 Hocus Focus and have examples of the other "sets"s with the exception of the Artist's Proof ( never seen one) and 66 Punch Outs. But I am pretty stuck

I too am starting to collect 51 Bowman. I love the old "Art" cards, 51 and 52 Bowman, 53 Topps, etc. I just picked up 20 nice looking 51 Bowmans off Ebay last night, it'll be a fun set, till I have to find a Mays and Mantle I can afford
