Interesting Roger Staubach Card

This card was listed on eBay a week or so ago. It was listed as a Buy it Now for $6. Having never seen it before, and the lack of a decent description by the seller, I asked about it. Before I could get an answer, the card sold and I never got a response. If anyone can help identify this card, please do. It looks like some kind of newspaper print or stock. The only info provided by the seller was in the title. After a Google search on "The Daily Historic", it looks like there are a few baseball issues of this type.
