Help with Player Identification on 1914 Cleveland Indians Program Cover

I recently acquired this 1914 Indians home program. Player on the front looks familar to me. I think it is a drawing taken from a photograph but I can't recall who it is. I don't think it is a generic picture but I could be mistaken.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

That looks like a first baseman from the buckle back glove if that helps any.
