75 years ago today, Joe DiMaggio made his MLB debut. Let's see some Dimaggio's...

361 Homeruns and 369 strikeouts. Not a bad ratio. :)

great pics, fellows!
on the wall, just to the right of my office desk, i'm eyeing three of my favs:
36 goudey wide pen joe d and mccarthy R314; 39 goudey R303 with that beautiful sepia tone; and the w462 '39-46 salutation exhibit.

all the best,
barry

I don't own a Joe DiMaggio, but my fave is the '37 OPC...anyone have one to show?

Cheers,
Blair

Although my focus is Gehrig and Ruth, I still collect a few Dimaggios...

Original George Burke Photo from 1936, and the 1936 R312 Pastel Rookie using Burke's photo. Also a 1950's snapshot.

I picked up this one at the National last year. I am not sure if it is an "official" color variation, but I prefer the forest green over lime green.

Those Pinnacle sets are one of the best deals in the hobby. If you look hard enough you can still find one for $125-$130 occasionally. Not bad for a guaranteed Dimaggio sig.
