Why can't I find graded T206 cards when I clean the house?

Seller implies that it is brand new in the "cellophane" it came in. Sold in a slab in 1909 perhaps?

I don't really know anything about baseball cards, but I found this when spring cleaning. I researched online and the average retail price is $54.00, so I listed it for $50.00. It is still in the cellophane that it came in.

He also states that he is listing it at $50, but w/ the bids its in the $20's
so perhaps this is the info from a prior lot that he didn't update?
