Is this coin one of the rare coins or is it in the standard catalog for a rediculous WRONG price as apposed to the Brandt orioleS and The Dick Williams name on right?

The coin is definitely a common coin, part of the 200 series. I have not seen the new catalong but I would guess it is a printing error.
