View Full Version : Have a smoke and a T card
We haven't had a "show me" thread lately so show a T card or anything tobacciana related, if you would like to. Maybe something we don't see every day, or if you prefer, something we do see every day. Just having some fun!!
Here's an Angolan Ruth and Cobby I have not seen another of....

Haven't shown this T231 in a while.....One of the few cards that so far (knock on wood I guess) stayed scarce......and a few T204's....

Two of my favorites.
Top: The old Kinney Brothers factory (Factory 30, 2nd District of NY) was destroyed by fire on October 6, 1892. This postcard was written the following day, alerting a retailer that because of the fire no shipments of Sweet Caporal cigarettes were available.
Bottom: Self-explanatory.

These are snapshots of my proof books, these are just beautiful and really helped me to understand how lithography was done. Some of these were done by American litho at the same time as the t cards were done. If you have any questions about them let me know.
