So last night I "won" this auction
http://cgi.ebay.com/2-T206-Tobacco-Cards-Piedmont-Philadelphia-Caramel-/380307069225?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item588c115929

And today he emails and claims they sold it Friday and weren't open over the weekend to remove it. What a load.

I've been on Ebay since 98, and I haven't placed a negative yet, but I think I'm going to on this one. Unless he comes up with the cards.

He mostly sells autographs so I'll be posting this in the memorabilia side as well.

Looks like it's time to give your first neg. I have run into other sellers who take their ebay inventory to shows. If something sells at the show they remove their listing. I can kind of see it with BIN items, but for an auction that ends in 2 days it doesn't seem right.

They may have thought they "undersold" the card and watch that this card may be back on line -- and sooner than you think
