Sorry for outing the auction if this is real, but to me it has a lot of the tell tale signs of being a fake, especially with the number 20 being on the reverse. I just wanted to make sure I am not missing something and it is actually real, or hopefully alert the people bidding on it that it is fake.

Looks authentic, but I've had a few drinks today :)

very fake...just search "e90-1 reprint" for all the tell-tale signs on the card

The "20" is a dead giveaway.

The seller currently has a fake Cobb up for auction and has previously sold pieces "autographed" by Ted Williams, Mickey Mantle and others which were "authenticated" by Burcyk (or however you spell the guys name).

Based on this, I would HIGHLY question the authenticity of the OTHER cards this seller has listed.

The "> O" marks above the "BA" letters in the word "BASE BALL" is typical of the E90-1 reprints.

Usually these markings are scratched off, but this guy wasn't smart enough to remove them.

The crazy part about this is how many people are bidding on this. I just checked and it said there are 12 bidders & 15 bids :confused:

Thats what shocked me, some of the bidders have pretty good feedback scores also!

Just to pile-on. Obvious reprint and his Goudeys are reprints as well! For you rookies, if ever in doubt, just put the card next to an authentic card and begin by focusing on the color white, then compare the font (it should not be too dark), and look for any signs of cropping.

Lovely Day...
