Only can Ebay bring us a never been seen before T205 proof graded by non other than GAI. Is this there way of saying blank backed?

No back scan in a listing is a huge peeve of mine but you would think it would be a given on a million dollar listing.

And great feedback rating as well.

Not sure what makes it a proof, but at least the guy will donate 100k of the $1 million dollars to St. Judes. What more can one ask for?

"An item that looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap." I always shrink wrap my cards before sending to GAI.

It seems odd to me it's in a GAI holder.

I wonder if it was already submitted to SGC or PSA. and if they had any concerns about it.

Shipping is free! That's nice.

But... you have to pick it up in person.

Ah...where to begin...this is almost assuredly not a proof. This is probably not even a true blank back. I have seen this card before and have seen it raw and it does not feel right to me. This was many years ago at a Hollywood Park show. I do not remember exactly why I did not buy it but something was wrong...too thin I think.

No back scans...over priced...poor feedback...yuck...stay away.

Too nice, those corners are razor sharp and colors vibrant! Im guessing the world's first million dollar reprint!

Let's see, with my first million, i can get a reprint or a Strasburg 1/1 or the two virgins that delivered the photo to Kawika!

Where are the proof printer marks on the card, I don't see any.

yeah, I have no clue what makes this a "proof" other than he thinks any blank-backed card is a proof.

I also wonder what SGC or PSA would think of this card...

Well add this guy to the do not buy from list. After emailing the guy in regards to the card I had told him that the card was not a proof and that it was most likely a blanked back T205 or one that may have been skinned yrs ago. Also that GAI is not the most reputable company and he should send it to SGC or PSA for a better opinion. His response was:

"Don"t bother me with your ignorance."

Just sayin:eek:

I contend this card is the only one of its kind, which makes it the rarest baseball card ever created, though there may be other one of kind cards also, but few, if any, this old or in this fine a condition

Classic.

Rob this is the first time I have ever contacted or dealt with the seller

Contacted seller...tried to explain what he had. Between the snide comments and the rude behavior he did mention that he bought this card for $10,000 in 2004. After I was done laughing, I offered him my three blank backs for $9,000 each...waiting to hear what he says.

Although he could obviously use some good manner lessons, to play devil's advocate, if I owned a card that a grading service deemed a "proof"' I'd probably want more evidence it wasn't instead of a few ebay messages. Makes me glad I sold off all my gai cards before now. I don't think I will be buying anymore.

He should jump at it and have THREE million dollars worth of cards!
