I was asked how to scan both sides of a car to one image using MS Paint in another thread so here is a pictoral tutorial.
1. Open two windows of MS Paint

2. Scan your front image to one window.

3. Flip Your card over on the scanner.
4. Scan the rear image to the other window of paint

5. Crop both images to a reasonable size.

6. Widen the image of the front to approximately double the width of the card.

7. On the back image, use the select all and then cut features.
