I've wrapped up my newest custom card creation. My first in the 1967 format and my first (baseball) multi-player feature card.

The "back story" will be posted on my blog about this time on Friday.

Great looking card, but for some reason when I saw the word Rockers the first thing I thought of was Shawn Michaels and Marty Jannetty. I guess I must have thought they added an early '90s WWF forum... :o

I guess I wasn't off topic after all. Apparently there is a Topps postwar card of the Rockers I was thinking of! :D

Besides the alliteration, I chose "Rockers" because it was a term that was in the news in the mid-1960s, though much moreso in England. There was a period of biker class warfare in England between the Mods, who wore then-hip threads and rode motor scooters, and Rockers, who preferred Triumphs asnd denims. Got lots of play in the U.S. media, but never really caught on here.

I thought at first it said "Red Sox Rakers" although I don't know if they used the term "raking" in relation to home run hitting back then. It's a great looking card either way! :)

You could do a modern version with Papi and Manny called Red Sox 'Roiders.

Are you a mod or a rocker? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEI2UUhVEn4)

I just got the new Red Sox card and a 3 stooges FB card. The RS one's stunning and adds nicely to my 67 binder!
The Stooges card is a gift to my Dr who's a fan, plus has kept me alive and going these last 2 years.
Thank you, Bob! Youre the greatest!
I can't wait to see what is next.
Oh, Bob, Mr. Bob Thing of Skowhegan Maine sends you his best regards!
God Bless,
Billy Hedin and Family!
