What a great forum.I've just spent a good half hour immersed in the knowledge and variety of items that you've gathered here.

My main obsess... (er,hobby) is old beer and brewery related stuff.Theres a LOT of baseball/beer crossover items, which makes it fun.Signs and schedules are probably the most common.Last night I attended an auction in Faribault,MN were the probate court ordered the sale of a brewery descendant's trunk.

It was filled with advertising, scrapbooks, artifacts and photos.

I believe this was the brewery sponsored baseball team.I realize my photo isn't very good, but there is a finger mitt below the fella on the lower right. Can you help me date this?

Thanks a lot!

I'd say anywhere from 1895-1905. That was the general era for quilted pants.

Right in line with what Dan said, I would say right there in the middle, 1900 +/- a few years. The block style jersey lettering you see was popular around 1898-1902 from what I have seen as well as the quilted pants that were popular from the mid 1890's through 1905 or so.
