I won some items in Brian Cat's (not spelling that last name :) ) latest auction.

When I got the invoice; I said I thought the shipping/handling was too expensive so we agreed within 10 minutes (via email) to have him lower the price and then if it does turn out to be more than our agreed upon figure, I would send him the difference.

Not all auction house stories are bad :-)

Agreed; it will be fun to see you in Baltimore!

Made my hotel reservation and my flights and am looking forward to catching up with my friends!

and if you are on Facebook -- there are 2 National sites:

The Official National Site

and another "unofficial" National site of which I'm one of the three admins.

Either/Or Both will keep you up with the pre National publicity

Regards
Rich

Has anyone ever brought a case of crabs home from Baltimore?

...and it's nearly impossible whilst on the grounds of the National no matter the city. :(

Baltimore once boasted this nation's highest rate of syphilis, until New Orleans physician's started testing for it.

The crabs in both cities are great by the way.

The best crabs are in restaurants that are not the touristy places (ie Phillips, McCormick & Schmidt, etc,...)
