Absolutely... it's a rare one!

But don't go over $300, as any higher would probably be overpaying. And make sure the tip is at least somewhat intact (the last 3 inches or so aren't pictured). Lastly, be sure the pennant isn't altered or restored... just give it a nice close look in person. Best of luck!
