PSA sticker?

I've noticed some ebay listings w/ a psa sticker that looks a very different (a silver or foil color sticker) has anyone else seen this. I visited PSA's site and didn't notice any information about a change. thanks.

It's their new authentication seal. It came out in OCT/NOV 2009.
