I'm still kicking myself for forgetting to bid on the Paige. If it really is from the late 40s, you got a steal-and-a-half.

Here is another one I picked up. Vance/McGraw

There is also Feller/Dykes known
and Hartnett/Frisch (Frisch is pictured in a Giants Uniform and is well past his playing days)
http://cgi.ebay.com.sg/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300390966212

Players span the 1930's-late 40's.

May be from a book?????, but the 2 Ive handled seem to be factory cut and are exactly the same size, and there is no page number in corner and both pictures match up to each other front and back.

they look like "fantasy" exhibits. a combo of 1939-46 Salutations &
1947-66 exhibits.

They are vintage, heavy paper and nothing like an exhibit at all. 5" by 7".

The font used for most the players name is more like a D305 Bond Bread card or the related premiums of the time.

5 known examples now....

Paige/Newsom
J.Robinson/Wakefield
Hartnett/Frisch
Dykes/Feller
Vance/McGraw
