Hi-
I recently acquired the scrapbook page scanned below and I was wondering if anyone might know what larger piece this image is cut from? The scrapbook had many cutouts with cigars on them, leading the seller to speculate the baseball image was cut from a cigar box. I doubt this, but have no evidence either way.
I tried to look underneath the cutout and the tiny bit I was able to pull off (without damaging the cutout) shows a blank back. I do not have the wherewithal to try soaking it. In addition to what this was cut from, any additional information that can be provided is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Alan Elefson

Yes - it is a cigar box label from the "Fair Ball" brand. Below are the full labels:

Thanks Jon! I really appreciate your help. Is there any way you recognize either of the next two? I googled Cricketer cigar boxes but did not find a match. I have no idea about the one with the bat and ball on the ground.
Thanks again,
Alan

Alan - I've never seen the cricket label. The other label is off the "Boon Companions" label:

Thanks Jon! I really appreciate your information. Considering the price the Fair Ball label sold for at Hunts (750.00) I prefer what I paid (3.00 for the Fair Ball cutout), despite not getting the entire image. To me, the image and colors are incredible!
Thanks again,
Alan
