Pardon my ignorance in this case, but how can you tell thats a reprint from that photo? Thanks.

Wide white inner border all the way around the photo. The mass produced reprints of this issue all have this hallmark sign. Just compare this to any normal M101-4 or M101-5 card and the difference is fairly obvious.
