I just received someone's Clean Sweep Auction winnings today... If you are missing your merchandise, please contact me and we might be able to expedite getting it to you with the help/permission of Clean Sweep, and also I am hopeful that my merchandise is in your "Hans." Mistakes happen, Rona/Steve is making it right, but if we can resolve in a more expeditious manner, then I am willing to ship merchandise to correct owner. (Email me through the system)
