Posted By: <b>David</b><p>I picked this up locally, but I'm really not a football collector. I suppose what I'm wondering is, were these commonly issued for most college football teams? Thanks in advance!<br /><br /><img src="http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b293/Dalkiel23/scan0006.jpg"><br /><br /><img src="http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b293/Dalkiel23/scan0037.jpg">
