I saw one ungraded without it and a couple 9's and 8's without it out of about 18 listings. Interestingly enough, I saw a couple 7's with it and an 8 with it. None of the 9's had it. For those that don't know what I am talking about, here is a scan. Notice the blue streak on the white border. I am wondering why so many have it. From my somewhat limited experience with this set, it seems like about 80% have the blue streak. Could it have been a damaged printing plate? Also while we are on the subject, anyone know why the Cardinals and Redskins cards were short printed?
