Posted By: Anonymous
"Scammers sometimes offer scans of real cards that they don't own. This is often of high end high graded cards, the images stolen from a Mastronet auction or similar. When making a thousands dollar purchase, you want to be confident of the seller's reliability, not just that the card in the picture looks okay.

If a deal looks too good to be true, it usually is. You can't get a PSA 9 1952 Mickey Mantle for 1/5th the normal price or a T206 Honus Wagner for $2,000."

-David Rudd Cycleback, 2005.

________________________________

"finde"

-the seller

Posted By: Josh
I wouldn't touch that listing. No question that is a hijacked picture and if the auction makes it to the end, which I'm guessing it won't, and the seller gets paid, the seller will steal the money and use a delivery confirmation scam to say he shipped the item to the same zip code of the buyer.
