Posted By: <b>Anthony N.</b><p>I think there will be little argument that the most reliable dealer of unopened material is Steve Hart. <br />I would not consider ungraded packs bought unseen (including with scans) and would not give 100% trust to any GAI graded pack either, due to some of the authenticators they have retained.<br />If you're looking to build this set you'll get much better value buying cards that are already out of packs than paying the premium for unopened material. Bad centering and wax stains will cost you some cards, and even though a pack is legitimately sealed does not mean the cards contained therein are not subject to corner dings.
