Even if it was only offered on the high number packages, you'd still think quite a few kids would have ordered them. It doesn't seem like it should be any rarer than other mail away premiums like the R309-1 Goudeys.

Posted By: <b>Dave Hornish</b><p>I just found a reference in a Mr. Mint auction from 3/1/96 indicating the ad appeared on high number wax wrapper in 1963. Take that with a grain of salt but the Mintman did know a little bit about the product he auctioned.
