1952 Topps Mantle on eBay

Posted By: <b>Eric Brehm</b><p>This one looks legitimate -- it is graded EX 5 by Beckett with these subgrades: Centering 7, Corners 4.5, Edges 7, and Surface 7. Looks like a very nice card. I wonder what all those white streaks are; they don't appear to be on the card since they are in different locations on different images. Posted By: <b>MEWheat</b><p>whoever took the photo did not use a flash, but instead opted to shine a strong light from the right rear. He probably can't get a clear scan because of the thick BVG cases.<br /><br />It sure looks to me like the white streaks are an artifact from photographing the cards.<br /><br />Best of luck,<br /><br />MEWheat
