Posted By: nbrazil
Can someone rank Aaron's toughest cards to attain? I'm a collector of Aaron oddball cards and i wanted to make sure i have a complete list. Usually the harder to find ones are off my radar screen. thanks in advance.

Posted By: Neal Kane
Lake to Lake and Spic and Span Aaron's have been tough for me to find. Another is the 1959 HR Derby card. I have never seen a Plak's checklist.

I am 100% complete on the PSA basic set, and look to add other cards w/o registering a PSA master set.

Grab a 54 Johnston Cookie if you do not have one -- I think that card is undervalued at the time.

Posted By: Dave Hornish
I'm likely missing a 72 Candy Lid in my post. They surfaced after my list was created. I believe he is in that set (at work, can't check right now). Will post on this later tonight.

Posted By: Bob
Paul,

Oops. Sorry I didn't elaborate. That's a proof for the '72 Candy Lids. I just tossed it on there in response to Dave's post about whether Aaron was part of the '72 Candy Lid set.

Bob

Posted By: Paul S
Interesting that they revived that banner after 6 years in mothballs: '64 coins until '70 candy lids. Off the top of my head I don't recall another style they brought back that wasn't a reprint. (Of course now everyone will prove me wrong about that! )

Posted By: Marc S.
Promotional Strip of three cards (including Aaron) is pretty rare. I know of at least two examples that exist, including the panel in my collection.

Posted By: Paul S
Marc, those are some terrific panels! No one can ever say those are miscut!

Here's a couple. I think I previously posted these on the pre-war board shortly before the post-war came into creation. Doesn't hurt to have an encore...

Posted By: mark bowers
I wish I could include a scan but I have to believe the Bill and Bob postcard has to be one of the toughest of Hank's cards. I dont know how many exist but in all my years I have only seen one - mine.
